Global SIFE
SIFE brings together a global network of university students, academic professionals and industry leaders with a shared mission of creating a better, more sustainable world through the positive power of business.
By contributing their talents to projects that improve the lives of people worldwide, SIFE participants are
demonstrating that individuals with a knowledge and passion for business can be a powerful force for change.

SIFE the Netherlands
In September 2002 the SIFE World Cup Competition was held in Amsterdam with 23 countries participating. As a result of this SIFE The Netherlands was set up early 2003 sponsored by Heineken, KPMG and Unilever.

Dutch National Competitions have been held every year since 2003. In 2006 the event was attended by H.R.H Princess Máxima. In 2009 there were 12 teams competing from all parts of the Netherlands. The award ceremony was leaded by Peter Bakker (CEO TNT) and Renee Bergkamp (Director-General Ministry of Economic Affairs).

SIFE Tilburg
Officially started in 2007 with a handful of students and has now grown into a team of over 16 people.We are a group of students with very diverse backgrounds in different fields of study at the Tilburg University.

We have set the bar high for ourselves this year to accomplish our goals while still having lots of fun being a part of the whole SIFE network nationaly and globally.
