Save a Bike Project

Every year WonenBreburg picks up a large number of bikes that are left abandoned in building across Tilburg. They are often thrown away after a long period of time if no one comes in to claim them.
With this project, we hope to provide students with bikes for a student-friendly price. This also serves to prevent students from having to resort to buying stolen bikes and in extreme cases stealing themselves.

Besides offering these refurbished bicycles to students for a fairly low price, students will also receive a goody-bag with a range of bike accessories, for free!

SIFE Tilburg University is working together with StuGood.org, WonenBreburg and the City of Tilburg to make this project a reality. More information to come soon on the grand opening of the Save a Bike Office!

In the long run we wish to lower the bike theft rates in the city of Tilburg and contribute to making the city of Tilburg a cleaner and safer place for all bicycle owners.

Things are well underway for the Save a Bike project, we are busy fixing up the new office and repair shop. We will start our campaign soon so keep an eye out!

Students wanted!
We are looking for students who are interested in joining SIFE Tilburg to contribute to this project in the upcoming academic year.
